How Can Recurrent Cervical Cancer That Has Spread To Lymph Nodes Be Treated?

My mom has been diagnosed with Recurrent cervical cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes, causing severe lymph node obstruction and excessive swelling in the Upper Legs (around the thigh area). Her swelling is getting worse day by day, to an extent that she is unable to walk or even move while on bed. Is there any medicine to alleviate if not completely treat this welling?
