How Can A Broken Needle In The Gluteus Be Removed?

Hello, I broke a Syrenge needle off in my glute, I can t find the exact area it broke off in and right now it does not hurt, but I am afraid the needle will travel somewhere else and have serious future side effects. Can you please tell me what I should do?
