How Can A Child Be Helped Who Is Suffering From Sore Throat, Teeth Inflammation, Fevers?

my daughter is running fevers 101 approximate every about 5 hours. Since yesterday. she has 3 teeth that have inflammation above and behind. Called the Dentist she is on 250 mg of Amoxocillian . She also is complaining of a sore throat along w her jaw hurts a little at times. She also lost a tooth on opposite side of her mouth yesterday. I thought this may be her teeth but the sore throat started today and it looks red. Ive also been giving her ibuprofen every 6 hours because fevers come back. When fevers come back before the six hours is up I was told by pharmacist give one teaspoon of Tylenol until its time for ibuprofen. She is 9 years old 68 pounds ibuprofen im giving 2 and a half teaspoons as stated on ibuprofen so the one teaspoon made no sense for Tylenol im assuming he is making sure liver kidneys not being over medicated. I just cant figure out whats wrong w her dentist apt is for Monday but now I wonder if she needs to see a pediatrician due to other symptoms...hope you can help!!
