You need to keep your wound a lean by using antiseptic solution like hydrogen peroxide or Pivodene. Keep the wound dressed properly. As you had dog bite, you also need to get the rabies vaccination done, start it as soon as possible even if the dog was vaccinated. For allergic purpose you can take citrizene tablet in case you feel any itchy or too much redness in area. Yes tetanus toxiod is also important if you had not done any in last six months as the wound is near the area where the chances of contamination are more.
