General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. The ear pain is very common in these diagnosis.

I suggest to use an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using ear drops for local application.

I recommend to drink liquids and rest. The symptoms will probably relieve in a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
