Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern. Symptoms that can indicate a fracture include: -swelling and tenderness around the area of impact -facial bruising -bleeding from the nostrils or ears Other symptoms can be: -headache -nausea -blurred vision -irritability -loss of balance -stiff neck -pupils not reacting to light -confusion -excessive drowsiness -fainting The diagnose of a forhead fracture is based also on imaging findings. So you have to do xray or even a ct scan to confirm the diagnose. Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help , thanks!
