How Can A Fractured Small Toe Be Treated?

I fell and broke the pinky toe and the one next to it. the problem is that between the pinky and the next toe it split between them and required several stitches to close it in the ER and was to see a podiatrist for followup and i cant get into the dr. they referred me to until next Monday which is almost a week after the fact. i have some drainage and they said not to remove dressing ( to just add more gauze ). Now what do I do next. Thank You c
