How Can A Glass Lodged In The Toe Be Removed?

My left big toe seems to have a tiny bit of glass in it. It hurts just like it has. I have had this feeling for over a month yet the toe looks fine. There was a wine glass broken about the same time I started feeling this way. What can I do to remove the glass? Does glass come out eventually by itself? It really pains me yet the toe looks show any infection. ~ MaryAnn

Glass or any foriegn body in the body can cause infection and hence pain. You should had got it removed when this happened. If its not very deep then just take a sterile bladebapply some antiseptic and remove it or visit nearest ER they will remove it asap.
