How Can A Miscarriage Be Prevented While Suffering From SLE During Pregnancy?

I am preganant with sle.last year I have induced abortion due to break of amniotic fluid.that time I take ecospirin from 2 nd month starting.and 3rd month starting Duphastone for 30 days only.and continue ecoaspirin.4 th month starting bleeding started.5 th month starting amniotic fluid leaked and cause induced abortion.now I am preganant please give any suggestion.

Hi, I think you should take bed rest for 1st three months. Start ecosprin as soon as you get pregnant and continue till 36 weeks. You may need daily injections of heparin to prevent miscarriages due to SLE. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. You should take some progesterone supplements till 12 weeks starting from 1st month itself. Hope it helps. .
