How Can A Muscle Pull In The Shoulder Be Treated?

I overexerted my right shoulder tring to loosen a clamp . Thought I just pulled a muscle. Its been on going for about 10 days. Ive used Capsaicin .025 3 to 4 times daily,advil @ 1600 mg a day ,tylonol, alieve. It seem to be getting worse. Have any ideas? Oh HURTS like hell!!!!
