How Can A Painful Bruise Below The Knee Be Managed?
Hi, I am a 53 yr old female, and recently fell and have a very large painful bruise right below my knee on the inside of my leg. Earlier, I was sitting on the floor with my left heel against the shin bone of my right leg (that is bruised) when I went to get up I noticed a indention on my shin from where my heel was. It took about 10 minutes before it was completely gone. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I don't think you have to be concerned because most probably everything was due to trauma.
Use ice at bruised part.
Also you can use Advil for pain and swollen.
