How Can A Painful Scratch On The Wrist Be Treated?
I went to scratch the inside of my wrist, right hand to left wrist, I then experienced enough localized pain that it made me stop what I was doing and look. It is swollen the size of the circumference of the bottom of a pop can. It looks bruised in the localized area as well. I applied cold immediately and it did ease some swelling and pain.

Just keep the area clean and watch for infection. If it becomes red, inflamed and has pus then you will need antibiotics. If you keep it clean it should heal up in a week or so.
