Good day. My brothrr has a pressure sore under his leg. I am struggling to clear it, it has actually moved up his leg from behind the thigh to by the bum now. He sat on it the other day and unfortunately his air cusion wenr down due to a hole and now the entire area is red and swollen and hard. I ahave dealt with these sores before and used L Mesitran ointment which has worked in the past. Im at a loss now as to what i must do. The doc and nurse that used to help me have both retired so im on my own at this point. I have fucidin h cream and want to know if it will help with the redness and swelling. We live in south africa and are limited to what meds we can afford
