How Can A Spermatocele Be Treated?

Hi I m 30 years old and have a 5mm sized epididymal cyst on my right testicle. Sometimes is pains mildly. But for last few months I have a pain in the groin region at theside. For this I went to doctor. Doctor advised me to take calcium dobisiline capsule for three months. But still I m suffering I will be glade if someone help me

As you mentioned you have a diagnosed case of spermatocele.
spermatocele is a benign cystic accumulation of sperm that arises from the head of the epididymis.
Spermatoceles can develop in varying locations, ranging from the testicle itself to locations along the course of the vas deferens.
No medical treatment is there only Analgesic for symptomatic pain relief.
only surgically treated like spermatocelectmy
or sclerotherapy.
but the chance of being infertile increase with surgery.
