I want to become a professional athlete. I must be ready in within the next 6 weeks for intense soccer training and games. I am currently 17 years old. My height is 185 cm (6"1). I am 82 kg (187 lbs). Any tips on how I could get into shape and build a stronger core and fix my posture?
A stronger core body consists of well toned rectus abdominis(ABS), Upper back muscles ( Latissimus dorsi, Rhomboids, trapezius), Lower Back muscles( erector spinae). Weight training for individual muscle with light weights and more repetitions will help you achieve your target in 6 weeks.
