Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a stye. It was at the bottom and I popped it. It went away and came back on the top and the swelling is now super big. I have antibiotics and G.E. Erythromycin 0.5 eye ointment. It doesn t say anywhere that it goes directly in or on the eye. Can you please help? Thanks
Some advices that I can give to you are: -Apply warm compresses for 10 to 15 minutes, three or four times a day. -Continue the treatment with erythromycin 0.5 ointment. -You can take oral antibiotics if you dont feel better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
