General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Apply warm compresses for 10 to 15 minutes, three or four times a day.
-Continue the treatment with erythromycin 0.5 ointment.
-You can take oral antibiotics if you dont feel better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
