How Can A Wound On The Penis Be Treated?

Skin wound on penis shaft and foreskin. The wound is not healing. I also got jock itch type of rash on my both sides of neck ( I wear a gold chain, the chain[ornament] is touch the rash on both sides ). I also have similar rash on my left under-arm. And my external anal sphincter is fishy foul smell after return home from office. I regularly bath in the mornings.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The rash & wound on the penis suggest sexually transmitted disease. Visit ER & get all the screening tests done for STD( Blood tests, urine samples, fluid samples). If you are sexually active go for protected sex though it is suggested that you avoid sex till you get diagnosed & treated. Do not scratch & avoid addictions if any. Ideally both the partners need to get treated. Take care of your hygiene, take multivitamin supplements. You will get treated with antibiotics & antiviral medications, treatment will depend upon your diagnosis.
