How Can Acne On The Skin And Constipation Be Treated?
I have acne /pimple problem for eight year which seems to be like black head problem. I have used alot of home treatment along with some skin care treatment as well but till the acne is as before and leave marks on skin along g more new pimples /acne. I need your help in this regard . Along with this apearance problem I have constipation and stomach acidity high heat level in stomach . So please suggest some suitable treatment for my problem. Thanks

As per your history, for acne apply combination of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin ointment.
Alternately you can also apply tretinoin ointment. Wash face with natural cosmetic products.
For constipation you can take syp. duphalac and keep yourself hydrated.
