How Can Acute Eye Power Be Treated?
Hello Dr. I am from Chennai. My brother was affected by meningitis when he was 2.5 years old. Now he is 28 and his eye power is -22 and -23. He is wearing high powered spectacles which are very costly. Can you suggest some remedy doc? Also if a surgery is required.. then kindly highlight the procedure and the cost for the same….

This can be corrected by phakic intraocular lens implantation.
It costs around Rs. 50,000/ in India.
