General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

All treatment decisions are made based on physical examination and signs elicited by the physician. Reports are only supportive, so there must be some genuine reason behind not prescribing Levothyroxine in your case.

So far as neuropathy is concerned, I recommend:

- Good analgesic coverage as Tramadol Hydrochloride or something else for pain relief.
- Administration of intravenous or oral vitamin B6, B12 as per the clinician concern.
- Management of stress and anxiety.
- Control of blood sugar, cholesterol, and body weight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
