How Can Albumin In Urine Be Reduced?
I am 21 years old. In last 10years I have a albumin problem in urine. If I have the medicine the albumin level is normal and I finished the medicine, next six months or one year the albumin level is normal. But the blood suger is normal. How can I reduce this

As per your history is concerned let me explain you line wise -:
1)you have asked that you have albumin present in urine i may say that it is a protein found in the blood. A healthy kidney does not let albumin pass into the urine. A damaged kidney lets some albumin pass into the urine, so try to find the main cause behind it like doing ultrasound examination, Kidney function tests, urinalysis, and if possible you can do a culture also which will solve your problem forever.
2)you have written that your blood sugar level is normal which is good for health.
3)You may do some natural remedy which may help your kidney like add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. You can also add lemon juice and sweeten with honey. Mix it well. Drink this two times a day.
