Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can assure you, don't worry about trace albumin in urine.
Your blood sugar levels are higher than normal.
You should do a HbA1C, urine for micro-albumin, s.creatinine, and an Ultrasound scan of abdomen. After seeing the reports, your medication may need to be modified.
High levels of albumin in urine, is due to kidney being affected in diabetes, and causing albumin (part of protein), to leak into urine.
you're welcome to send the send the reports here, in my name, for an expert opinion. Wish you well.
