my friend had carpol tunnel surgery on her hand. It s been 6 months. The incision is closed but these white bumps started coming to the surface around the wound. Finally one was working its way out and she grabbed with a tweezer and out it came. small round tissue. hard but not completely solid. what is it? There appears to be more. C

Until you get that tissue biopsy done, we just can't tell what it is. We need to examine that bumps and then after excision biopsy, the etiology of that can be found out.
Most often, the benign bumps appear anywhere in the body especially if it is surgical keloid or something else. But till today, etiology for it is not yet found out.
It can be either removed for cosmetic purposes or left out depending on the biopsy report.
