I have anxiety and depression. I stress allot. I am taking care of my elderly mother right now for five years. I retired this year and is full time sitter for my elderly mom. I don t get the help I should from my sibblings who takes advantage of me. I don t want to take anti depressant meds again. I ve been off of it for months now. Is there something I should or do to relief my stress?
As per your complain you have problem of depression and stress. Do some lifestyle modifications like regularly do a exercise more than 20 minutes. Yoga and meditation will be helpful to you.
