How Can Atrophic Gastritis Be Treated?
I don t have duodenal ulcer,i have a chronic atrophic in the Antrum .the diagnosis is mild chronic gastritis focal intestinal metaplasia.the doctor did the test was on may of this year.the whole Antrum is atrophic,the doctor told me there nothing he can treat it .i don t have Helicobacter.but the diagnosis one pat also very confused,It said Gastric Pit changes indefinite for Dysplasia,what s this mean?and can you tell me how to treat it?should I take this medication call Rebeprazole Sodium?

First of all, the treatment of atrophic gastritis is aimed at eliminating the causes of the pathological process. If gastritis is caused by the bacterium Helicobacter pylori, the patients received eradication therapy - enhanced course of antibiotics, which is sensitive to the bacterium.
In autoimmune atrophic process because of the patient on the testimony prescribe hormone therapy and vitamin B12.
