General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that you are suffering from a nerve compression at the level of your spine. It may be a sequela of your back fracture. In any case, you should consult a neurosurgeon as soon as possible. He will do a physical examination and also advise an MRI.

Whether you need medical therapy or surgical intervention like nerve decompression will depend on the result of your tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
