How Can Bloating With A Severe Skin Problem Be Treated?

i have been on wysolone for 2 years ,due to ulcreritive colitis and a severe skin problem now with ayurveda i have cut it down to 10 mg a day and am on a diet thats helping but the bloating is too much < how do i loose the bloat.

Divide your meals into 6 meal pattern. Drink jeera water empty stomach early in the morning. Add jeera as much you can.
