How Can Blood Pressure Levels Be Lowered Naturally?

How can I lower my blood pressure naturally? I stretch every morning for 15 mins. lift 10 weights for my upper body for 5 mins., dance classes 31/2 hrs, tai chi 31/2 hrs weekly. Ride my stationary bike after dinner 3 times a week for half hour. My diet consists mainly of chicken and salmon, greens, vegetables blueberries,, nuts, seeds, greek yogurt, hummus and avocado. Occasionally cheat days.I take vitamin no daily.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Consume lemons
-Consume bananas
-Consume Watermelon seeds,add two teaspoons of gently crushed, dried watermelon seeds to one cup of boiled water. Steep it for about an hour, then strain it. Take four tablespoons of this water at regular intervals throughout the day.
-Consume garlic.Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily.
-Selery,try to eat one stalk of celery along with a glass of water daily.
