Before having this Naturolax my sugar levels were perfect and after having this powder for 10 days when I check my levels it was too high (220) In fasting. Now I have stopped taking this powder doing walking daily but still the levels are not coming down. Can you please suggest what I need to do? Regards, Shan
Keep taking your medicine for DM2 routinely. If you are eating sweets or food item that contains sugar then stop eating those. Also apart from apple try to avoid all other fruits.Cut down the consumption of tea, coffee.if you have to drink then use sugar free that too limited.Keep exercising regularly, chane your food habits, better to get a diet chart from a dietician and follow it strictly.eat small amount in short intervals than eating more at a time.check your blood sugar levels after a month. If this is not working better then visit a doctor in person again.
