How Can Body And Joint Pain Due To Electric Shock Be Treated?

Thankyou.. I received an electric shock of 22000 volts in 1964 from a power line alongside the road. I have had body pain ever since that I mostly attributed to work. I m 64 now and the pain is constant and keeping me from doing most things that I used to enjoy.. including work. The muscle and joint pain is only part of it. Do you have studies that can tell me what others have done to help themselves?
