Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, your sunburn is a different issue and your finger problem is entirely different condition. Your nail and finger problems could be due to Raynaud's phenomenon which occurs due to cold. Do consult your Dermatologist/Rheumatologist because Raynaud's phenomenon could be due to various causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
