Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
You have mentioned that you have regular headaches, feel tensed , tired and exhausted and have unrefreshing sleep.

These symptoms suggest that either your are stressed a lot chronically or you have anxiety disorder like generalised anxiety disorder.

The treatment of choice for your problem would be drigs like escitalopram or fluoxetine and anti-anxiety medicines like lorazepam or clonazepam.

I would also suggest you to learn some relaxation therapies like yogic breathing.

Please visit your psychiatrist for further evaluation.

Thanks.
