Your body weight should be according to your height.
BMI is calculated by formula BMI = Weight in Kilograms / (height in meters x height in meters).
BMI) below 18.5 is underweight. Conversely, more than 25 are considered overweight and over 30 is considered obese.
Calculate your BMI. BMI of 19 – 25.
If your BMI is falling between 19 & 25 then there is no need to lose weight. If your BMI is more than 25 then lose weight adopting natural ways and slowly over time.
There are various causes of overweight like high food intake, short meal time gaps, and decreased physical activity. Other reasons are mostly pathological.
Advice
1.     Exercise – start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly. Start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
2.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as noodles, cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
3.     Avoid alcohol/beer and smoking
4.     Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, vegetables etc
5.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
6.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
7.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal
8.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
9.     Avoid oily & spicy food
Thanks
