How Can Body Weight Be Reduced?

I'm struggling with losing weight, I keep trying to change my diet, then find I can't, get upset about it and how fat I am and then eat more. I have tried exercising but I get annoyed with how fat my body is and how i can't do anything, so I don't know what to do. But it's 6am in the morning and I can't sleep because of worrying about it!

Hello! Don't get upset. It takes time, effort and a lot if dedication. Every time you feel low think rationally. It will pass but eating healthy and have a good lifestyle it isn't just a meter of beauty is only a meter of health. You deserve the best for yourself. Your body is your forever home, is your temple. You should eat more proteins, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, milk so you don't feel like you are starving. You should reduce carbohydrates like: spaghetti, white bread and rice and especially cookies. Stay hydrated and motivated. Best regards.
