What foods causes Mucus? I have Bronchiectasis which from having Pneumonia frequently (once as a Baby had to learn to walk all over again. Late 20 s off work for several weeks and Nothing Stayed Down for weeks. Lastly this Mid-December 2017 and Finally hospitalized January 3rd thru 8th, 2018 discharged with Oxygen in My home for 6 weeks. Anything in the Air can knock Me Off My Feet. Weather change from Hot to Cold, Windy even some house whole cleaning. I live in Los Angeles, California and I can go from Fine to Coughing to My Head off and Sever shortness of Breath. Oxygen Count from good to high 90 s to 86 - 88 in a blink. I just finished Rehab Physical Therapy through Kaiser Permanents 6 weeks, 3 times a week and built up to 1 hour work out using Treadmil, Nu Pen and Rowing Upper Body Equipment. A variety of tools to use at home to help My Damaged Lungs gain better Breathing Strength. Which I feel and was told I m doing really good. Then Friday and Today/Saturday What The Heck Happened To Me? All Down Hill. . . is it various kind s of Foods I should avoid eating to Reduce This Mucus? Please Help Me If You Can! I Am Doing All What My Doctor Suggests/Recommends and some and Exercises as the various Therapists Speaker s and Video s recommended. Thanks Helen Marie
