How Can Burning Sensation In The Arms And Legs Be Treated?

I am 66 years old. I have multiple sclerosis and diabetes. The weather is very hot but I have air conditioning and I was sitting on the couch with a fan on. All of a sudden my arms started burning. I turned the fan off because the breeze was hurting my skin. I looked at my arms and they were bright red like a bad sunburn. My legs were also burning but not as badly. They were pink in places and red in places but other places were normal. My face felt funny, not numb, but strange. I got some ice water and am drinking it. My skin goes from bright red to pink and back to normal but it keeps going back to red. I just need advice on how to stop the burning. Can you advise me? Thank you.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
sir,
You are suffering from multiple scelrois and disease progression might be causing all these symptoms. Or you are not taking your medications regularly.
whatever I will advise you to consult a neurologist or your treating physician as soon as possible.
In mean Time you can benefit from pregabalin or gabapentin.
Good luck
