Hello,

First of all, do not panic. Please seek support from your treating orthopedic surgeon. Your symptoms can get relieved by medical treatment like oral tablets or local injection of anti-inflammatory steroids. If needed carpal tunnel syndrome can be treated with appropriate surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
 Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
