How Can Chest Congestion And Cough Be Treated?
Starting of the problem: Frequent cold leading to the deposition of yellowish gel type fluid in sinuses. Treatment history: Anti biotic medicines and treatment of sinusitis and nasal surgery before 20 years. Currently: The sinuses are filled of whitish mucus all the year, leading to difficulty in sleeping time. Now, a day’s mucus is filled in lungs, sinuses(as usual) and cough is the result. The right nostril is always 90% blocked.

if you have so much congestion problem you should get investigate yourself
