How Can Chest Pain, Breathlessness With Asthma Be Treated?
Hello. I'm 22 years old and have had almost constant chest pain for a year. It goes away occasionally, sometimes for a few days at a time. During these times with pain, I also have severe trouble with breathing. I do have asthma but when the emergency room last year told me it was asthma and treated me for that, my breathing and pain got worse. I believe that this is all stress related but what can I do to make the pain subside and breathing normal? (I am also unsure if this is relevant, I have had mono 3 times since age 16 and scarlet fever twice as a child.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
