How Can Chicken Pox Scars On The Face Be Removed

Is there any mask/paste which we can put on face to avoid blisters to reach the face? Chicken Pox Blisters started on my chest & back just yesterday. Today is the second day. So far not much on my face. Can i eat Boiled Egg, Brown bread, Chicken Curry, Milk, ? Or lets say, what particular food i must avoid. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

If I were your treating doctor then I must have advised you like this :-

1)To reduce fever take [paracetamol]if no fever then it is not necessary at all
2)Use cool bath with baking soda

3)Use [calamine lotion] for itching

4)Apply honey to blisters to prevent scaring and take warm bath with [Neem]leaves.

5)You can take foods high in vitamin A and C, zinc, magnesium, and calcium to boost immunity and take fresh fruit juices and vegetables.

6)Try to avoid foods that are difficult to digest such as red meat, spicy and fried foods

Please talk with your treating Doctor to add antiviral like [acyclovir]

Hope that helps
