I am suffering from acne from last 2 year (approximately). I took treatment for it but results are not impressive. The problem is still going on.. i am taking biodens capsules (morning-evening), Zitcare capsules (mor-eve) and Minoz (1tab at bedtime) and using qsera serum, qilib spray and grip hair shampoo with anaphase shampoo. Also i m using Populex face wash.. its been a month but still i have acne on my face.. these pimples are red, painful and inflammatory.. please suggest what to do?

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. You have tried many things for managing acne.. still I feel you should try few more ways I suggest- - Mostly oily skin is the basic problem- you should have frequent face washes . - Consult a skin specialist- he may prescribe antibiotics & anti inflammatory drugs along with few vitamins for skin health. - Acne are many a times influenced by hormones. In such case hormonal supplements help-- consult a Gynecologist ( if you are a girl ) / endocrinologist. - In case there is scar forming-- Cosmatologist would help you after the Acne is controlled.
