How Can Chronic Acne On The Scalp Be Treated?

hi my name is Michael, I m 18 years old and currently suffering from acne, its quite complex, my acne is mainly on my scalp which use to be very cystic but not anymore however my acne did leave some scabbing which comes of with some hair, a lot of my hair has come out but the acne has subsided, I am currently on Roaccutane 70mg a day, my question is will my hair eventually grow back?

Yes, most of your hair will eventually come back but there may be areas that may not return because the scarring in those areas may prevent future hair growth.
