Doctor thought mild constipation. It was a specialist, but they were unprofessional. They even missed her weight on the report by double (she s 47 lbs) they had her for 105 lbs. She s had 1 1/2 years of acid reflux made worse at night and by lying down. Antacids have done little to no effect. We think certain foods might make things worse, but no obvious connection. A CBC showed high monocytes (1092). Outside of that, everything was in the normal range, but I didn t know if their inaccurate weight would affect any of those numbers? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. We just find it hard to believe that she d be consistently constipated for a year and a half without our knowing. But our daughter does consistently talk about the acid reflux. She says it goes all the way up to her throat. Sometimes she has a little vomit come up to her throat but is a small enough amount to swallow back down. Please help.
