How Can Chronic Migraine Be Treated?

Hello, I have migraine since 6-7 years and now I get migraine attack everyday... If I don t take Vasogrian daily then I cannot tolerate the pain and it increases to the max.. I have CT scan and MRI also but got confirmation that there is no problem... I showed to almost 15-20 doctors but no positive response from them... One of the doctor told me that I need to get Lumber Punchure done to check internally... But by consultanting other doctor confirmed to not to go for it as it will create serious problem in future.. Sometime I take more than 2-3.. Plz help and also suggest a safe medicine other than Vasograin. Anil

Hi,

As the diagnosis of migraine is confirmed all you have to do is prevent further attacks of migraine. As of now you can continue Vasograine or you can even consider drugs like Triptan after consulting with your neurologist. Avoid sleep deprivation and anxiety as it can provoke migraine attack.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
