How Can Chronic Pain In The Neck And Shoulder Be Treated?

I have had chronic neck pain, back pain under my left shoulder, constant feeling my ears need to pop, feeling out of it, and fearing that I can lose my balance at any moment. I feel like something is wrong with me, but when I go to the doctor, I am given anxiety medication and nasal spray for allergies. I m tired of feeling out of it and want to get better, but it seems like nothing is working.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear
could you be bit clear about your profession.
mostly our day to day activities and postural habits give us chronic pains that do not respond to lot of medication.
plz do take care of a routine life with timely food rest and work.
increase amount of fluids and fibre in diet.
a little bit of infrared therapy with topical analgesic gel can be of some help.
physiotherapy is another option for later part.
Hope this helps
