How Can Chronic Urticaria Be Treated?

Hi , anybody there for help? I am 29 year (m) , past more than four years I am suffring with chronic urticaria which makes my life difficult in daily basis . I went to my Gp many times with my condition everyone they said it s just allergy and gave me some prescription which didn t really work . Also my go refered me to skin specialist who discharged me from there lab with chronic ideopathic urticaria After a year I am suffering the same with that prescription , so almost I tried a lot to avoid all type of food still the problem same .during that of time I tried homeopathy ,Evan chines spent a lot money no any effect very dispointing and dispersed ... Then went to some private specialist in London City and they offer me some kind of test in which my ESR came 30 Also the another IGE allergytest which I got 610(ige) In note they said it s might some inflammation or infection inside .....so worried now what exactly these two caused ????? ESR -30 IgE -610 What is Ideopathic chronic Urticaria ?????? Almost five years now! Please help ???

Hello,

You can take antihistamines like Cetirizine or Pheniramine for symptomatic relief.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
