I Have Chronic Urticaria, Please Suggest Me

I have chronic urticaria..i dont know if i should call my doctor, since I've suffered chronic urticaria for 2 years now, mostly from heat. any suggestions?

The core part of treatment is antihistaminics. One more thing of help would be to get an allergy test done and go for immune therapy.
