How Can Chronic Vomiting And Diarrhea Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, My son was vomiting in morning 2 days back. When we approached doctor, he suggested to take one dose of Emeset 2mg for 3 days. And also suggested to take (Bacillus clausii spores suspension Enterogermina) dose of every 6 hours. And also 1 dose of Z&D DS-20 per day, if my son is experiencing diarrhea. The vomiting has been stopped after 1 dose of Emeset. But the diarrhea started after that and its not in control for nearly 3 days as of now. His frequency of Diarrhea is like 4 to 5 times within an hour. Also If we feed him with some food, it comes as waterish stool within 30 minutes. We are frequently feeding ORS powder mixed water. Some of other points: --He had fever of 101 degree celsius yesterday, but now its under control. --The frequency of urination is 3 times per day (considerably low compared to when he was healthy) --The frequency of Diarrhea is 4 to 5 times within an hour. -- He is keep on crying & looks tired. -- He takes the ORS powdered water and grinded Curd rice whenever we give him. -- Foods which we fed him are Curd Rice, ORS Water, Sapota fruit. Please suggest us what should be our next step, being this looks like diarrhea is never ending for him. The frequency of Diarrhea got reduced on yesterday night, but after giving EMESET, the frequency increased as usual. So, not sure whether the EMESET is creating Diarrhea as side effect. But it has been more than 12 hours of EMESET dose and still the diarrhea is of same frequency. I am totally confused. I have given all the points.
