How Can Chronic Vomiting While Suffering From Celiac Disease Be Treated?

yes please... I just took a urine test for a job and it tested positive for THC!!! I don t even drink alcohol because I have celiac and I have zero tolerance. The side affects are very extreme vomiting for 8-11 hours, shaking a twitching like a fish out of water. I have it under control now but almost died of malnutrition 2 years ago dec., because I avoided most foods altogether. I also have arthritis in my neck and spine from a head on car accident back in highschool 1984. I never had the rods placed in my spine or fusion just exercise and tylenol sometimes advil but in the lately I ve been taking more than normal AND night time alka seltzer because I have been doing lots of physical work on my farm. I have a prescription for Flexiril but save it for emergencies. I have a floatation tank that is a life saver. Help please

-Take over the counter option like Metoclopramide (eg. Reglan)
three times a day for five days
-Take plenty of ORS solution to avoid dehydration
-Drink cold liquids
-Take vitamin B6 supplements to reduce the symptoms
-Eat small amounts of home-cooked bland foods at frequent intervals
