Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)increase fiber intake -take fruits, vegetables,whole grain,cereals.Take at least minimum 14 gm of fiber in 100 calories.you can use any natural fiber suppliment like (
Cremaffin fiber suppliment) after your meal. & drink sufficient water every night.
2)Do exercise everyday morning and evening like walking
3)Do not ignore the urge to have a bowel movement-Make a time with alarm
4)many types of products are available now in the market but for safety and no side effects you can use (Cremaffin Plus) 3 tea spoonful with a cup of milk at bed time .
5)Do check your T3,T4,
TSH and STOOL exam
